We use only high-quality materials to ensure a premium finish and long-lasting results. Like automotive paint, the appearance and longevity of your paint protection film will benefit greatly from proper care and maintenance. Below are some general guidelines to help keep your Paint Protection looking its best throughout its lifespan.
Please wait at least 7 days before washing your Paint Protected vehicle after the initial installation.
Use gentle Washing methods
Hand wash your vehicle using a mild automotive detergent; we recommend BUBBLOR - PH-NEUTRAL HIGH GLOSS CAR WASH 500ML for a gloss finish car or MATTA - MATT FINISH CAR WASH 500ML for a matte/satin finish car. Use a soft, non-abrasive wash mitt to gently clean the vehicle starting from the roof down; we recommend the Lurvig - Microfibre Car Wash Mitt. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry with a soft absorbent towel, we recommend TÖRSTIG - MICROFIBRE DRYING TOWEL.
Avoid automatic car washes & Harsh chemicals
Automated car washes that use brushes or harsh chemicals can damage the vinyl wrap
Always opt for hand washing when possible as even touch-less automated washes tend to have high pressure water and aggressive chemical detergents.
Remove Contaminants Quickly
In case of bird droppings, tree sap, or other stubborn stains, clean the affected area promptly using a waterless wash, we recommend Silke - Gloss Enhancing Car Detailer for a gloss finish or MÖRK - MATT FINISH DETAILER for a matte/satin finish.
Protect from elements
Whenever possible, park your vehicle in a covered or shaded area to minimise exposure to sunlight and harsh weather conditions. If your vehicle is exposed to the sun or rain for extended periods, consider using a car cover to protect the paint protection film.
Regular inspection
Inspect your paint protection regularly for any signs of peeling, bubbling, or lifting edges.
If you notice any damage, it's important to address it promptly to prevent further issues.
Professional Replacement and removal
When getting your Paint Protection replaced or removed, always seek the assistance of a professional with experience in handling Paint Protection film. Improper installation or removal can cause damage to the vehicle's paint or the Paint Protection film itself.
